Career to date.

: PAST: Cross-country * won 2 National cross country championships,

* Won 2 south of England cross country championships,

*Won 1 English schools National cross-country championships,

*Won 4 southwest cross-country championships,

Track *Has twice been the second fast 1500m runner in the England ,

*Was the first junior boy for Somerset to win the English schools 1500m

*WAS the first ever junior to win a English Schools 1500m title and English Schools cross country title in the same year :

PRESENT:

Spent most of the cross country preparing for the English national schools championships, he qualified but Because of a injury the week before he mist the race and the injury also set his training back several months so was late starting track training and didn't qualify for the English national schools championships.

Is now full back into training and trying to get to

3min 55sec for the 1500m and 8min 30sec for the 3000m.
