Compton Dando (grid reference ST647647) is a small village on the River Chew in the Chew Valley, Somerset. It is 7 miles from Bristol, 8 from Bath, and 3 from Keynsham.

Historically the village had strong connections to Bath Abbey, and Wells Cathedral and also played an important part in the history of improving the process of cheese making.
